A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Your edited gallery will typically be delivered within 2–6 days depending on the package. I'll let you know in advance if a larger event or project requires additional editing time.
I'm based around Oakville and regularly photograph clients across the Greater Toronto Area. Other locations may be available depending on the session and travel requirements.
Wear what makes you feel confident — your outfit is the star. Once your session is booked, I can also provide guidance based on the location, season, and look you want to achieve.
Absolutely! Personal usage rights are included with every package. A tag to @kaylan.kaptures is always appreciated but never required.
For outdoor sessions, I'll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost if the weather makes photography unsafe or impractical. I'll keep an eye on the forecast and reach out if a backup plan is needed.
